Releese is a peer-to-peer marketplace platform designed to help students buy and sell new or second-hand items or services. The Platform provides a space for users to list items for sale, browse listings, and connect with other users. We do not directly participate in transactions between users.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this Platform. By using Releese, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Buyer Responsibilities: As a buyer, you are responsible for reviewing listings carefully, asking questions before purchasing, and completing agreed-upon transactions.

Transaction Safety: We strongly recommend meeting in safe, public locations for exchanges. Releese is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, nor for the accuracy of listings.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Platform. We are not responsible for any transactions between users, including disputes, scams, or fraudulent activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Not Gr Technologies and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses from transactions with other users.

9. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post on Releese. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform's operation.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
